FAMILY BUSINESS
Already in the 1930s, Jozef Hanák ran the family carpentry business. The motto of his small business at the time was precision processing and material quality. This motto is the foundation and building stone, or the company’s basic philosophy to this day.
His son, Mr. Ing., started writing modern history in 1990. Stanislav Hanák, who continued his father’s legacy and re-established the company SH Kroměříž in Kroměříž. He still works together with his son Stanislav, who is currently the production director of the company.
In 1995, the company moved to Popůvek near Kojetín, where it grew from the original 1,200 m2 over the years to today’s respectable area of 35,000 m2. Other important milestones were the establishment of the joint-stock company HANÁK NÁBYTEK, a.s. in 2000. and in 2004 the opening of the DESIGN CENTER in Popůvky.
